Crucial Conversations and Mentorship in a Minute are member-only online opportunities to stay on top of emerging issues and your career.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. 
We suggest registering early because these will fill up fast. We will do our best to maintain a waiting list, and ask those whose schedules change to let us know so the seat can be filled from the waiting list.

  • A brief presentation from the host followed by discussion with participants ("conversation" is in the name!)
  • Not recorded to encourage frank discussion
  • Designed to provide access to emerging knowledge and effective responses

Crucial Conversations are deep dive into what's happening now and what's working.

Crucial Conversations are 45-minute small-group dialogues with AAIDD thought leaders on emerging issues and responses from the field.

 Mentorship in a Minute is peer mentorship at its best: colleagues mentoring and being mentored on career-related topics.

Mentorship in a Minute sessions are a small group 30 minute dialogue with AAIDD members across the career spectrum on professional or career development issues that they’ve learned “the hard way” so you don’t have to.
