AAIDD is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation incorporated in Pennsylvania and domiciled in Maryland.
The governing body of the Association is the Board of Directors, which directs and supervises the activities of the Corporation to promote the Corporation’s purposes.
The Board of Directors is elected by the membership of AAIDD. The members of Board of Directors of the Corporation consist of the

The Executive Director & CEO is an officer of the Corporation and ex officio member of the Board.
