NCI State of the Workforce in IDD

The NCI® Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities State of the Workforce has been collecting data on the DSP workforce for 10 years, representing the most comprehensive data on the agencies and the Direct Support Professional (DSP) workforce providing services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The most recent survey, conducted in 2023, collected data from 3,934 provider agencies representing 325,591 DSPs in 26 states and the District of Columbia. This webinar will present data from this most recent survey and highlight both positive trends and areas for improvement.
