The AAIDD Annual Meeting is the meeting of professionals in the intellectual disability field.
Who exhibits at AAIDD?
Our exhibitors are providers of products, adaptive equipment, publications, communications, assistive technology devices, computer equipment, insurance, special education materials, healthcare services, multi-media instruction programs, pharmaceuticals, residential service, training and treatment products, testing devices and behavior scales, travel programs, university programs, and more.
Exhibit Fee: $850 ($650 for non-profit organizations)
The 2025 Prospectus will be available October 21st
Exhibit Fee includes:
- One (1) 6-ft table with two chairs, including 3' high back drape and 3' high side dividers.
- Company listing on the conference website and the final program
- Two (2) complimentary exhibitors' badges
- One (1) complimentary conference general registration
- The opportunity to register an additional employee at $300.
- Complimentary breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as beverage breaks
- Complimentary access to attend receptions
