Content Overview:

Peer mentors with developmental disabilities have a unique capacity to promote positive outcomes for mentees while simultaneously fostering personal wellbeing in mentees. This webinar will describe the feasibility and outcomes of implementing the electronic peer mentoring component of Project TEAM (Teens making Environment and Activity Modifications), a multi-component, problem solving intervention that teaches transition- age youth with I/DD to identify and resolve social and physical barriers to participation.
