Sharing Direct Support Professionals' Success Stories
Overview
One of the most important parts of Direct Support Professional Recognition Week is sharing the stories of our amazing DSPs – in our organizations and in our communities. In this webinar, co-hosted by AAIDD, we’ll hear from Stephanie Boyle, ANCOR’s 2014 national DSP Recognition Award recipient, and 2014 state recipients Kristie Sundheim (WA) and Matthew Kuriloff (NY). They will share their passion in stories about how they have helped the people they support and their local communities embrace full community inclusion. The work of DSPs is important each day and their inspiring descriptions of personal and professional growth through the work they do and the networks they have established demonstrate their passion.
