Job Summary

Are you passionate about using behavioral science to create meaningful changes in people’s lives?

Direct Care and Treatment’s Community Based Services program is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a clinical leader, providing advanced behavioral expertise across multiple Community Based Services locations throughout the state. 

Our mobile support teams provide flexible, responsive services directly in the homes and communities where people live. Through this approach, we help individuals effectively address behavioral health challenges and crises by promoting quality of life and mental wellness.  As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting this model by guiding functional assessments, developing and implementing effective intervention strategies, and strengthening proactive crisis prevention efforts.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct advanced clinical and behavioral assessments for individuals supported by Community Based Services (CBS), utilizing a full range of behavioral diagnostic tools.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision related to behavioral assessment and diagnostic practices across CBS sites.
  • Independently develop and implement intervention support, crisis prevention, and response plans using evidence-based practices, person-centered principles, and Positive Behavior Support.
  • Design and implement skill-building interventions for individuals receiving CBS services.
  • Develop strategies to support individuals in transitioning from CBS services to broader community support across various settings.
  • Serve as a collaborative CBS team member and provide leadership in behavioral support.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field; and
  • Licensure/Certification in the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional (BCBA or Licensed Behavioral Analyst)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions including substance use disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia and other types of mental illnesses.
  • Experience in behavioral consultation
