July 18, 2018 [Washington, DC]:

The American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) announces that the national office of the Association will be moving to a new location at the end of 2018. The current 10-year lease will be expiring and the organization has secured new space at a substantial savings that better supports the work of the organization.

In December of this year, the Association will be moving from downtown Washington DC to a suburb of DC.  In its new location in Silver Spring, Maryland, AAIDD will become neighbors with AUCD, the American Nursing Association, the National Association of the Deaf, and more than 50 other national associations.
