Content Overview:

Employment consultants play a critical role in connecting job seekers with IDD to employers. They are where the rubber meets the road when it comes to improving employment outcomes for job seekers. Organizational culture and structures can influence how employment consultants’ practice. Data informed decision making can facilitate quality supports and outcomes. Join John Butterworth and Kelly Nye-Lengerman to explore strategies that can enhance supports at the organizational and employment consultant level. Research examining individual and organizational practices and the using data-based decision making and micro-learning will be discussed. The improvement of employment outcomes for individuals with IDD is possible!
