Call for Papers Timeline

3rd week of September Call for Papers opens
Monday after Thanksgiving  Submission site closes 
December Abstracts are organized into panels for peer review
Review Committee is identified
January Review Committee Conference calls are scheduled
Review Committee scores each assigned abstract
Early February Conference Chair reviews abstracts rating scores and organize panels and sessions 
Week of February19 Lead authors are notified of their abstract status
March 30 Authors must confirm or decline their invitation
April 25 Deadline for authors to make any changes to title, authors, etc
May 30 Presenting authors MUST be registered for the Annual Meeting
any presenting authors not registered by this date, will be removed from the program
