Procedures
Should you wish to receive continuing education credits please be sure to select the "CEUs Fee" option during the registration process. You will receive an attendance card along with your registration materials upon check-in at the Annual Meeting. To receive continuing education credits you must have a room monitor sign off on your attendance card at the end of each pre- and post- conference session you attend. You must also complete an evaluation which is to be handed in at registration. Failure to complete both of these requirements will result in no continuing education award for that session. To receive credit for any session you must participate in the session in its entirety. Partial credit will not be awarded to participants who choose to float between sessions.
Grievance Policy
Attendees who believe that they are affected adversely by the application of any of these continuing education requirements may file a grievance by submitting a written statement summarizing the issue to Danielle Webber in a timely manner (within one month of the Annual Meeting). AAIDD will promptly address any grievances that are filed within five business days.
For questions about continuing education, please contact Danielle Webber.
