Job Class: Social Work Specialist Senior
Salary Range: $25.72 - $37.90 /hourly; $53,703 - $79,135 /annually
This position works primarily weekdays, with one evening per week, and one Saturday out of 5 weekends.
The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Fergus Falls has an opening for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). The CBHH is an acute inpatient psychiatric treatment facility designed to provide rapid assessment and stabilization for people needing acute psychiatric care. Service delivery utilizes a thoroughly integrated model and the LICSW is a key member of the treatment team.
Job duties include:
- Participate in the assessment and screening of individuals, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and psychosocial education to individuals and families.
- Coordinate proactive discharge planning and referrals.
- Establish productive relationships with county case managers, local law enforcement and safety personnel, along with staff from area hospitals and behavioral health centers.
To qualify, you must be licensed to practice social work in the state of Minnesota at the Independent Clinical Social Worker level.
